An ASAP opportunity provides you with a chance to start class sooner and, more importantly, start earning ASAP!

These opportunities will post every week and be available on the portal for approximately one week.

Once that week is over, a new class – for that same program – will post on the following Monday and that class will start just two weeks later... and so on.

This means that when you select an ASAP opportunity, you will be able to enroll, and start class, within 14 days – at most!

All the while, we will be working our magic behind the scenes (finalizing class rosters, scheduling instructors, requesting log in codes, and making sure everything is in order).

And, if for some reason, you don’t make it into the current ASAP opportunity, a new one will post the next week and you can enroll in that one!

• Responsibilities include supporting customers who contact Coach for reasons such as:

• Placing an order

• Checking an order status

• Inquiring about a repair

• Seeking product information/recommendations

• Resolving an issue

• Soft sales are required

On a day-to-day basis, businesses can expect to participate in the following activities:

• Review, analyze and respond to customer billing inquiries

• Resolve customer issues or questions

• Processing payment deferrals and installment plans

• Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with the plan or

current rate

• Quickly identify customer needs in first few minutes of the call to offer the

appropriate plan

• Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan

• Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call

• Demonstrate knowledge of Dynegy processes and policies

• Build trust and rapport with the Dynegy customer through clear, respectful

interaction

• Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high, while

resolving issues

• Understand “client call flow” and state utility regulation
